About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Protection Manager - Regulatory Leadership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Fire Safety Inspectors, working closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the development and delivery of activities that improve the safety of communities and the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Fire Safety Inspectors to ensure compliance with fire safety laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training to ensure the safety of the public and firefighters.
  • Provide advice to colleagues, senior officers, and partners on regulatory and business engagement work.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure the development and delivery of activities that improve the safety of communities and the built environment.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or be working towards it, or have a similar qualification from another regulatory discipline.
  • Have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Be able to prove the right to work in the UK.
