Workshop Engineer - Cranes Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced mobile equipment engineer to join our team at Disclaimer: ANY-Web Ltd. As the Workshop Engineer - Cranes, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic, service, maintenance, repair and technical work on crane products.

The salary for this position is approximately GBP31,000-GBP36,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile and crawler cranes, as well as service software and interfaces, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Conduct routine inspections and assist in the early stages of processing warranty claims.
  • Communicate effectively with the Workshop Supervisor and provide guidance to engineering apprentices.

Requirements:

  • A recognised apprenticeship in a related industry to NVQ level 3 or above.
  • A full clean driving licence.
  • Demonstrable service Engineer experience particularly working with mobile and crawler cranes.
  • Previous experience with service software and interfaces.
  • Good communication skills.
