Expert Conveyancing Specialist

A prestigious law firm located in Talbot Green is searching for a seasoned Conveyancing Specialist with 3 years of post-qualification experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing files from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. They will also possess excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

This role involves:

• Coordinating files from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed policies and timescales.
• Managing a full caseload of conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision, utilizing a case management system.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with clients, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Meeting targets and deadlines consistently.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in a fast-paced conveyancing environment, handling a high-volume caseload of purchase and sales transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills, enabling them to deliver a first-class client experience.
• Accurate keyboard skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt to changing requirements and deadlines, prioritize a varied workload under pressure, and meet targets and deadlines.
• Versatility and flexibility, capable of working individually and as part of a team.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000, a benefits package, and a friendly working environment.
