A leading law firm in Talbot Green is looking for a Property Transaction Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, with a strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.

Key Tasks:

• Dealing with files from inception to completion, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies.
• Managing a large caseload of property transactions with minimal supervision, using a case management system.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast-paced property transaction environment, with a strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
