We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Optical Assistant to join our Specsavers team. As an Optical Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers into store and providing exceptional customer service
- Booking in eye tests and pre-screening patients
- Providing style advice and measuring frames
- Taking phone calls and responding to customer queries
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
