Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and supervision.
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
- Conduct regular reviews of resident care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress reports and incident logs.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a care leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.
