Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resident care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress reports and incident logs.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a care leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
