Job Title: Customer Interaction Project Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Interaction Project Analyst to join our Vehicles Programmes team at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our agile team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery, planning, and coordination of specific vehicle or unit projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of agile ceremonies to ensure effective running and outcome.
  • Manage impediments and risk reviews to ensure all impediments and risk dates/details are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Plan and manage the domain product backlog to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant to product increment & sprint(s).
  • Capture retrospective lessons learnt and relevant actions to share with wider stakeholders.
  • Support product increment planning and organisation.
  • Organise and manage agendas for agile ceremonies.
  • Manage agile cadence calendars to ensure smooth and effective running.
  • Support change management & parts release via relevant cadence.
  • Organise and manage sprint metrics to support product backlog delivery and showcase events.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of agile mindset and methodologies / previous project support experience.
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to run meetings in person and online with equal ease and confidence.
  • Agile Framework understanding and experience of running agile ceremonies, metrics and reviews.
  • Robust knowledge of Jira JQL, Confluence, MS Excel.
