About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our quality and compliance department. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of robust processes throughout the Cornerstone Healthcare group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring the audit programme is followed.
  • Ensure action plans are in place and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Carry out audits in line with the company audit schedule and as directed by the Quality and Compliance Manager.
  • Build links with all departments across sites.
  • Liaise with Heads of Departments in the delivery of quality improvement initiatives and auditing.
  • Collect, analyse and report on data for service delivery.
  • Undertake surveys and research programmes as directed.
  • Support teams and systems to improve and monitor the quality of service delivery.
Requirements
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Previous experience working in the care sector.
  • Experience in collecting data and presenting it as part of an audit.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection / Confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Auditing & Analysis / Presentation.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • To be flexible and adaptable at work in order to meet competing priorities.
  • The ability to work as a team.
  • Good organisational skills.
Desirable Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or above.
  • Understanding of service delivery.
  • Understanding root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Quality Improvement needs.
