We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents with nursing needs.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dynamic and supportive team. You will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to gather comprehensive medical histories and craft personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by healthcare providers, maintaining strict adherence to proper dosage and administration techniques.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and meticulously document medical data to track patient progress and ensure accurate treatment assessments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
  • Provide invaluable emotional support and educational guidance to both patients and their families, fostering a supportive and nurturing healthcare environment.
Requirements
  • A RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing practice and ethics.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong patient relationships and effective teamwork within a diverse healthcare environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work setting, displaying adaptability and resilience while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
