Pertemps Network Catering is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team in a luxury hotel set within stunning grounds.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional dishes in a rosette level kitchen, and will be responsible for providing culinary expertise and leadership to the back of house team.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen operations
  • To maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
  • To lead a team of chefs to achieve excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
