The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the production of company accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax for a range of businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, with experience in preparing accounts and tax returns. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all teams and managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the production of company accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
  • 5-10+ years of experience within an accountancy practice.
  • Experience in preparing accounts and tax returns.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage would be advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and laws.
