We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment, a leading practice recruitment agency in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and tax returns, and providing expert advice on financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Work closely with the partners to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Preferably qualified ACA/ACCA or by experience.
- 5-10+ years experience within an accountancy practice experience.
- Experience preparing accounts and tax returns.
- Experience of QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage would be advantageous.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
- Parking.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
