Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safe Digs Administrator to join our team at MJ Quinn. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe execution of civils tasks across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage a list of civils tasks requiring safe dig prints
  • Read and analyze job packs to identify correct locations for works
  • Run line searches and other necessary prints to ensure accurate planning
  • Identify jobs that fall within the Zone of Interest and escalate them to the Hot Job Monitor for further assessment
  • Sign off jobs that do not fall within the Zone of Interest to enable civils work to be planned
  • Comply with MJ Quinn's company Handbook, Policies, and Procedures
  • Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security, and access to data and information collected, processed, and stored by the company
Requirements
  • Experience working in an administrative position
  • Confident using MS Office packages
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
