Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Compensation Package: £28,921 - £35,206 per annum, based on your level of experience.

Requirements:
  • Valid nursing registration and a strong commitment to palliative care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with palliative care principles and practices
