We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Child Protection Specialist to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. This is a full-time position based at Slough & Langley College, where you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in strategy discussions and inter-agency meetings to ensure effective safeguarding practices.
  2. Contribute to the assessment of students and provide expert advice on student welfare and child protection matters.
  3. Liaise with relevant agencies, including the local authority, CAMHS, and police, to ensure prompt and effective referrals.
  4. Make referrals to external agencies, such as Child and Adult Social Services, Police, and external counselling services, as required.
