Kitchen Operations Associate

Role Overview: As a Kitchen Team Member at Slug & Lettuce, you will play a vital role in the success of our business. This position involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
About You: We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, willing to learn new skills every day, and has a keen eye for detail. You should be able to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene. Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is also essential.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification
- Maintain the kitchen in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times
- Oversee deliveries and ensure that the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients
- Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and work with the team to achieve company targets
