Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team at 2i Recruit Ltd. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to work closely with an experienced team, handling high-quality corporate work and developing expertise in company commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising Clients: Providing expert guidance on company commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Drafting Legal Documents: Creating and reviewing legal documents, such as shareholder agreements, terms and conditions, and corporate governance documentation.
• Due Diligence Support: Assisting with due diligence in corporate transactions and providing support on the negotiation of complex agreements.
• Clients Relationship Management: Developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive high-quality legal advice and exceptional service.
