Job Description:
  • Handling a diverse range of high-quality corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment rounds, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including shareholder agreements, terms and conditions, and corporate governance documentation.
  • Assisting with due diligence in corporate transactions and providing support on the negotiation of complex agreements.

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and talented lawyer with a focus on company commercial law. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, commercial contracts, and shareholder agreements.

Estimated salary: £65,000-£85,000 per year.
