Property Conveyancing Secretary Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Conveyancing Secretary to provide administrative support to our busy Conveyancing department in Dartford. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including digital dictation, copy typing, and liaising with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including digital dictation and copy typing
  • Liaise with clients over the phone and via email to ensure efficient communication
  • Conduct land registry searches and manage files
  • Make appointments for clients and undertake photocopying as needed
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Legal Secretary, with full Conveyancing training provided
  • Computer literacy and good time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to organise own work with minimal supervision
What We Offer:

Up to £24,000 salary, plus bonus and benefits. Working hours are 9am-5pm with plenty of free parking available.
