About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing and managing end-user device management frameworks for the business. As a key member of our technical team, you will have a wide range of technical skills and be platform agnostic in your approach, delivering innovative solutions for Windows, Mac, VDI, and mobile device management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective support and delivery of systems & tools to manage the service delivery of the End User environment to the entire company.
  • Drive the development of EUC solutions through technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and working closely with the EUC Lead.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and ensure service availability for EUC services, including Intune, Defender, M365, SCCM, and MDM.
  • Propose improvements to enhance stable operations and troubleshoot and solve problems for EUC IT incidents and problems, working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions.
  • Capable of researching and understanding third-party software and APIs.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Windows 10/11 enterprise technologies, Autopilot, scripting, driver management, GPO, and M365 application deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Significant commercial and technical experience gained in a corporate environment, supporting and implementing enterprise technologies to a 3rd line level.
  • Technical design & implementation for EUC Projects, including consulting, planning, designing, transitioning to service.
  • In-depth knowledge & management of key technologies related to End User Compute, including AzureAD, Intune, M365, Exchange Online, anti-spam, web-filtering, and other perimeter defence appliances and remote access solutions.
  • Strong in manipulating device management tools, such as MDM, DEP, GPO, Autopilot, and SSO.
  • Solid experience in scripting PowerShell.
  • Cyber Security principles to ISO27001 and CIS.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
  • A rigorous and disciplined approach to documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to engage with, and influence, a variety of audiences, including senior managers.
