About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer Lvl3 to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our end-user computing (EUC) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement EUC solutions using Windows, Mac, VDI, and mobile device management technologies.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline EUC processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and documentation to our global user base.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EUC technologies and best practices to ensure our environment remains secure and efficient.

Requirements

  • Significant commercial and technical experience in a corporate environment, supporting and implementing enterprise technologies.
  • Technical design and implementation experience for EUC projects, including consulting, planning, designing, and transitioning to service.
  • In-depth knowledge and management of key EUC technologies, including Azure AD, Intune, M365, Exchange Online, anti-spam, web-filtering, and perimeter defense appliances.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills.
  • A rigorous and disciplined approach to documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • A can-do attitude and ability to engage with and influence a variety of audiences, including senior managers.
