Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with serious mental illness.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement local services and initiatives to promote patient health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, nursing, public health).
  • Experience working in a mental health setting.
  • Strong understanding of the impact of serious mental illness on patients' physical health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
