Equine Science Leader

In this senior leadership position, you will drive the development and implementation of our equine research strategy. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will contribute to business strategy, support product development, and provide expert training and guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage our equine research project portfolio, collaborating with external partners and key opinion leaders.
- Promote our products and services through presentations at key equine conferences.
- Work with our senior leadership team to inform business strategy and develop new product offerings.
- You must be an equine veterinarian with a PhD or similar postgraduate qualification.
- You should have experience in managing research projects and supervising PhD students.
- You will need strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
