About the Role

As a Learning Content Strategist at Salt, you will be responsible for producing engaging and enticing content for online courses and webinars. You will work closely with subject matter experts, program managers, and production teams to gather course information.

Your goal will be to ensure high-quality content that is easy to digest and aligns with our brand and vision.

You will project manage content creation from start to finish, using AI to streamline processes and boost productivity.

You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring content executives and keeping on top of quality control of work, ensuring all content has been proofread and enhanced for going live.

About You
  • You have a solid understanding of the UK education system.
  • You have experience creating content for learning platforms.
  • You possess excellent project management skills.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
