About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher to join our team at Grove Road, Sutton, Croydon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the overall success of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education and support to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and raise standards in student achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their practice and promote professional development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
