About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Geography Teacher to join our team at a highly successful secondary school in Redbridge, Outer East London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Geography at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, and will play a key role in shaping the curriculum and improving student outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Head of Geography Teacher who has a proven track record of improving student outcomes. The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and appropriate qualifications in Geography or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience of holding a responsibility post in another school.
  • Successful teaching experience across a range of key stages.
  • The ability to motivate students and staff (teaching and non-teaching).
  • Experience of working with pupils from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • Experience of improving the quality of teaching and learning through curriculum development and high-quality resources.
