Job Title: Training Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Chef to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our guests.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position based in Lurgan, working 4 out of 6 days per week, Wednesday to Monday. The annual salary is £30,000. You will work closely with the Head/Second Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the culinary function, including providing lunch/evening service, servicing functions and weddings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu planning and development
  • Stock management and ordering
  • Quality assurance and compliance with company policies
  • Leading a team of culinary professionals
Requirements:
  • NVQ + in catering
  • Food Safety certification
  • Proven success in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • 5* Hygiene Rating
