Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at the Slieve Donard Resort and Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation to our guests.

• Deliver high-quality culinary offerings that meet our guests' expectations
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including pre- and post-service preparation
• Implement quality standards and procedures, conducting daily checks to maintain high standards
• Manage stock and ordering, ensuring effective inventory control
• Train and coach junior team members to develop their skills and provide excellent service
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure kitchen security and maintain a safe working environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to demonstrate a passion for food and presentation
• Flexibility to work across multiple outlets with varying culinary offerings
• Previous experience in a high-quality culinary operation, preferably at a similar level
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Current Food Hygiene Certificate
