Purchasing and Contract Management Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Procurement and Contract Management Team at The Corporation of Trinity House. As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting all routine purchasing requirements and supporting larger procurement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and supporting all routine purchasing requirements
- Supporting larger procurement projects
- Working with suppliers and other General Lighthouse Authorities
- Close contact with employees and Directors as appropriate
Requirements:
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills, including electronic administration
- Good ICT skills, including Microsoft Office Products
- Five level 2 qualifications including English and mathematics
- Relevant level 2 vocational qualification, (e.g. CIPS Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations) desirable
