Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemotherapy Nurse to join our team at Sciensus, providing high-quality care and support to patients with haematological and solid tumour conditions. As a key member of our team, you will administer chemotherapy treatments, document patient data, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical standards.

Salary: £38,480 - £42,640 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including company car or car allowance, NMC fees paid, 25 days annual leave, contribution-based pension scheme, employee benefits platform, life insurance, private medical insurance, refer-a-friend scheme, ongoing learning and development opportunities, annual company event, and yearly pay reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in patient care plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol.

• Build lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.

• Stay up-to-date with clinical knowledge and competencies, ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures.

• Travel throughout a regional area to deliver specialist treatment and support patients in their homes.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence is essential for regional travel.

• Experience in oncology nursing, preferably with a focus on haematological treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong clinical knowledge and competencies, with a commitment to staying up-to-date.
