The Vacancy

Binnies, an RSK Group Company, is seeking a Data Collator to join our @one Alliance team.

As a Data Collator, you will be responsible for reviewing, collating, and storing data related to Operations & Maintenance information, SAP Plant Maintenance, OEM, and Health & Safety Files.

This data is essential for Anglian Water Operations to ensure optimal management of their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data identification, collation, and handling.
  • Ensure that all relevant data is identified early in the project lifecycle.
  • Support the training and guidance of the DOM process to project teams, ensuring effective delivery.
  • Support the gathering of feedback from internal customers to drive continual improvement.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify when data is available for collation and assist in developing the Project Specific Data DOM list at the relevant Delivery Milestone.
  • Ensure that data is collated, reviewed, and signed off in line with current procedures.
  • Regularly report on Data Collation progress against the baseline to the project team, O&M Technical Authors, and O&M and OEM Data Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Collator and contribute to the success of our @one Alliance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong IT skills and experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and BIM360.

You will also need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, and strong communication skills to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience working within a Water Company or Capital Delivery environment would be desirable.
