**Job Description**

BMS Performance is a leading international supplier of component parts, spares, and accessories for drinks vending to clients in markets including coffee, soft drinks, water, and alcoholic drinks. We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and territory management. A strong understanding of the drinks vending industry and market trends is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales planning and management in a dynamic distribution environment
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or territory management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of the drinks vending industry and market trends

**Salary:** £36,000 - £40,000 per annum.
