About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cable Layer to join our team in the New Forest/Poole region. As a Cable Layer, you will be responsible for laying and installing cables, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operational flows in cable installations and utilities infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a variety of projects to the highest level of care.
  • Setting up sites to comply with Street Works Legislation.
  • Working on excavations relating to faults and minor connections projects.
  • Undertaking cable and pipe laying responsibilities as well as other ad hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Certificates/Tickets including NRSWA Street works.
  • A hands-on approach and be ready to adapt to all tasks provided.
  • Existing small plant tickets are preferred for excavation/dumper.
  • A full, current driving licence.
