About Us
We are a specialist school in the Gainsborough area dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. Our school offers flexible and relevant learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced SEND teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and will be able to design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our pupils.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to provide a cohesive and supportive learning environment. They will utilize effective classroom management skills to promote positive behaviour and engagement and will be committed to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Job Description
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to pupils with SEMH needs

Requirements
- QTS qualification
- Experience working with special educational needs and challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
