Sales Position Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strong market share in the prime market, building on our already outstanding and market-leading platform. As a Prime Central London Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for securing instructions for high-quality properties and identifying buyers to negotiate sales.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop profitable business contacts and secure instructions for properties that meet business targets.
  • Negotiate property sales with identified buyers, demonstrating a deep understanding of local district property values and competition.
  • Present data to a high professional standard, accurately researching and maintaining efficient and professional management of all sales.
  • Maintain a high profile in the community to attract potential clients.


Professional Experience and Personal Skills:

A dedicated sales professional with a background in a sales agency environment is required, preferably with experience in the North or Prime Central London area. Proficiency in using computers and information technology is essential, as well as a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience and enthusiasm for developing profitable business contacts.
  • Background in a sales agency environment, with a focus on residential sales.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and information technology.
  • Flexibility to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in the North or Prime Central London area is advantageous.


You will receive full support from our high-performing operations team and report directly to our Head of St Johns Wood Sales, Declan Selbo. Based at our St Johns Wood office, you will have close collaboration opportunities with the wider North City & East and Central London offices.



What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a generous bonus structure and career development opportunities.
