Job Description

The Building Manager will be responsible for delivering prime Central London building management, championing customer service, and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. This includes maintaining client properties in a cost-efficient manner, protecting client interests, and ensuring compliance with all H&S regulations and legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Multisite property experience
  • Experience liaising with clients, tenants, consultants, and local authorities
  • Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Good understanding of commercial leases and service charges
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
