About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing personalized service and support to ensure a 5-star experience
  • Accurately process customer orders, complete finance applications, and maintain accurate records
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year
  • A guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in your first three months

Requirements
  • A sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
