About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders, complete finance applications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver a 5-star customer experience.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including general housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year.
  • A guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in your first three months.

  • A sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
  • A real people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • A strong work ethic, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
