Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Hotel Public Area Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AccorHotel. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including floors, furniture, windows, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpeted areas.
  • Clean and dust furniture, ledges, and light fixtures.
  • Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms.
  • Take inventory of cleaning supplies and order more as needed.
  • Inform maintenance manager of broken or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including shampooing carpets and upholstery.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
