Job Title: ESOL Tutor - Adult Education

We are seeking a qualified ESOL Tutor to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tuition to adults in English as a Second Language.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver face-to-face tuition to adults in libraries and other community venues.
  2. Plan and prepare each session of tutoring to meet the individual needs of learners.
  3. Develop a bespoke supporting programme using appropriate resources.
  4. Provide engaging and holistic sessions that advance the educational journey of learners.
  5. Complete lesson reports and provide feedback on learner progress.
Requirements:
  1. Qualification in EAL/ESOL - level 3 or above.
  2. English Language, Mathematics and ICT GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  1. Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context.
  2. Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
  3. Experience working with young people and adults with EAL/ESOL.
  4. Experience of safeguarding processes.
  5. Excellent time and task management skills.
  6. Experience of handling data and statistics.
  7. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages.

Full UK driving licence and access to own transport is required for this role.
