Are you passionate about solving complex engineering design problems and driving innovation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Nuclear Power Engineering and Technical Services team at Jacobs, supporting EDF Energy Nuclear Generation's nuclear fleet in the UK.

About the Opportunity
This key role is part of our project and engineering portfolio, spread across the UK network. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be supported by experienced project engineering management professionals and given training opportunities to develop your skills with larger and more complex projects. You will work closely with the client-led team at Sizewell B Power Station, where flexible working arrangements between office and home may be possible.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct site walkdowns to ensure compliance and safety
- Update existing documents and drawings, and produce new ones as needed
- Collaborate with project planners to deliver projects on time
- Prepare and plan plant modifications, providing technical expertise and knowledge

Requirements:
- Hold a relevant engineering degree or HNC/Chartership in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Be adaptable and able to transfer existing skills onto new problems
- Be organised and able to work on multiple projects
- Have a passion for using CAD software to solve engineering design problems
- Due to the nature of work, applicants must meet certain residency criteria to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance
