Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement nursing care for individual patients, focusing on risk management and patient outcomes.
- Attend clinical team meetings and CPA reviews, contributing to multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment planning.
- Coordinate nursing activities over a 24-hour period, ensuring adequate rostering, grade, and skill mix provision.
- Participate in department/ward meetings to plan service developments and contribute to nursing operations.
- Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services, accepting joint responsibility for nursing operations and providing supervision to staff.
- Develop nursing interventions to improve quality and evidence continuing professional development.
