Job Overview

**Electrical Systems Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at EVEREC. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, assembling, and maintaining complex electrical systems and components for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce wiring harness assemblies and sensors according to technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Identify and report production issues to the department supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement efficient solutions to minimize project delivery costs.
  • Recommend new technologies to enhance the capabilities of the Electronics department.
  • Operate in alignment with the company's values and ensure effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in harness building using the Raychem System 25 fully jacketed, moulded transitions, service loops, Deutsch Auto sport connectors.
  • HNC in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in building complex wiring harnesses and fault finding electrical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
