About the Role

As a dedicated and passionate Health and Social Care Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic school environment.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Academics Ltd in North London, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with SEN in a classroom setting
  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective student outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and carers

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
