Main Responsibilities:
As a Keyholder/Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the building is opened and securely closed, and assisting with the preparation for service
- Working closely with the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction through effective floor management and coaching
- Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment
