Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dietetic Specialist for our client in Hull. The successful candidate will have experience working in critical care environments and a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions
- Formulating and implementing care plans
- Providing treatment as necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- Current registration with the HCPC as a Dietitian
- Experience working in critical care environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
