We are looking for a skilled Shoe Care Advisor to join our Pavers Shoes team in Colne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for advising customers on shoe care and accessories, achieving daily KPIs, and maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales or customer care environment, a passion for great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have good availability as the role will include a mixture of weekend and weekday working.

Payscale: £11.70 per hour (21+), £9.60 per hour (18-20), £7.85 per hour (16-17). Once you complete the required retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.05 per hour (21+), £9.87 per hour (18-20), £8.07 per hour (16-17).
