About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Leader in Education and Training to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. You will work closely with the Divisional Lead Pharmacist to recruit, develop, and motivate staff to maximize performance and delivery of service objectives.

Main Duties:
  • To assist the Divisional Lead Pharmacist in leading and managing the pharmacy team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to staff on clinical pharmacy practice and services.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for pharmacy services.

Requirements:
