About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who can effectively coordinate field support activities, ensuring seamless communication between our teams and customers. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field support activities, including scheduling and dispatching teams
- Manage customer relationships, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
