Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to work in schools across Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide support for students with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, physical disabilities, and more
  • Assist with Individual Education Plans and promote inclusion
  • Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, patient, and initiative-taking
  • Relevant qualification (desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service
